About the Role


  • Sell RPA and/or Analytics solution to SME and Enterprises in Malaysia

  • Able execute sales closure in a short cycle and has a structured and strategic sales approach

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

  • Understanding the client's buying and decision-making process; demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels and influence key decision makers of the client organization.

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.

  • Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.

  • Maintain knowledge of all solution and service offerings


  • At least 2 to 6 year(s) of sales experience with proven track record in sales especially in selling Cloud based/SAAS based solution.

  • Demonstrable experience of selling or delivering either Cloud, Analytics, Automation related transformation e.g. RPA

  • Have a good understanding in EITHER ONE of the following: Cloud based Software Solution, Business Intelligence/Analytics or RPA solution

  • A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good analytical, technical, presentation, leadership, consensus building, and interpersonal skills.

  • To lead the process from identifying the opportunity to qualified lead and execution.

  • Prepare proposals to meet client needs and requirements, including all technical details with the support of Pre-Sales Consultant.

  • Awareness of current IT trends (Cloud/Agile/DevOps) and products that can influence client’s decisions

  • Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others;

  • Solution selling methodologies with focus on business case definition, ROI and business outcomes.

  • You must be able to negotiate skilfully in tough situations: can gain concessions without damaging the relationship; has a "win-win" philosophy.

  • Successful business development and market making within a diverse customer portfolio.
