About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New order processing, forecast versus budget coordination. (Demand planning)

  • Pre-planning (mainly credit / term related) for production / lines optimization

  • Reinforcing company as well as team’s SOP

  • Communication of shipment plan/planning with respective internal and external parties

  • Weekly update Sales Team Balance Capacity to sell

  • Weekly & Monthly update on pending order/sales performance status & document on hold pending balance payment & container freight variance on assigned sales team.

  • Assist in managing a team of customer service executives. 

  • Monitoring the accuracy of vessel booking & shipping document and status.

  • Approval of BL/Telex Release cargo/courier & courier invoices/billing as per SOP guidelines

  • Ensure immediate feedback/response to customer enquiry and issues

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in international trade, export documentation, various Incoterm and UCP terms

  • Experience in dispatch planning

  • Experience in leading a team

  • Analytical skills with proficiency in English / Microsoft excel, ERP system

  • Experience in export related environment (manufacturing background preferred)


Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor degree in business related sector

  • At least 6-8 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain and International trade

  • Reporting To Head Of Supply Chain
