About the Role

Job Description

  • Build marketing calendar of events/activities across different channels in support of the overall strategic marketing roadmap

  • Define and execute our marketing strategies encompassing awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention

  • Lead campaign ideation, execution, and review (eg: ensure lead hygiene, setting up of email campaigns, creating landing pages, etc)

  • Create a targeted and cost-effective multi-channel marketing strategy for generating the highest quality leads

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and allocate spending to achieve the best returns possible

  • Create clear and compelling product descriptions with well-articulated features, benefits and clear differentiation from other products in the marketplace

  • Manage ongoing messaging and communication channels for the companies enterprise customers to keep them informed of products and important company information

  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside marketing, PR and communications agencies develop innovative digital media marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, video and social media and email marketing campaigns

  • Develop marketing collateral and sales tool like brochures, presentations and proposals.

  • Drive funnel growth with creativity and execution skills to drive leads

  • Manage the content that the business posts to social media

  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website

  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms

  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business

  • Keen sense for content development, curation and amplification

  • Strong creative vision with campaign development skills

  • Measurement and optimization of campaigns

  • A consistent track record of successful product launches, exceeding overall acquisition goals

  • The desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment

  • Experience working with a content management system, email marketing platform, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords

  • Preferably with one or more of the following skills - web design, video editing or copy-writing
