About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete Solution ownership from requirements gathering to solution delivery working with variety of technical / non technical stakeholders, including business process mapping and gap analysis.
· Become the Product’s go-to person for consultation on both technical and functional areas. Responsible for knowing the business’s key Enterprise SaaS platform offering and having a command on systems architecture digital platform integrations.
· Have a good understanding of RPA, Data warehousing, Data Sciences, Business Intelligence, Analytics products, Big Data principles, Cloud and data visualization
· Conduct solutions presentations and obtain customer acceptance to solution design. Guide customer through solution deployment and environment management.
· Create architecture diagrams and flow charts on both system architecture and detailed solution levels.
· Support sales efforts of pre-qualified opportunities, including exploratory meetings in with client to define and propose a solution, and close the deal
· Understand partner, client and business outcome objectives to design solutions based on specific client requirements and business strategic objectives.
· Provide training and guidance sales and account teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas: pre-sales & consulting, value proposition and business case driven pre-sales methodology experience
Demonstrable customer-facing consulting experience of solution design & technical delivery of SAAS platforms / equivalent.
Experienced in working in a cloud and hybrid cloud environment & Analytics related AWS/ IBM/ Azure cloud services is a real plus
Involve and transfer successful projects to post-sales organization.
Knowledge in terms of implementing automation process including software components that are required to build a new automation process
Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations
Familiarity of the Microsoft Bot Framework and Cognitive Services capabilities on Azure
Experience leading customer facing discovery sessions to conceptualise and design complex business solutions.
Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote
