Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a QC Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise in quality management will drive the implementation of effective quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality.
▪ Lead and manage the QC team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
▪ Set quality standards and closely monitor product specifications to meet customer expectations.
▪ Conduct regular inspections and audits of product samples to assess and maintain quality levels.
▪ Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive improvements.
▪ Analyze product defects and customer complaints and develop corrective and preventive actions.
▪ Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
▪ Track and report key quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
▪ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QC process and operational efficiency.
▪ Monitor supplier quality performance and work with vendors to address quality concerns.
▪ Provide support during customer audits and quality assurance assessments.
Requirement
▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
▪ X years of experience in quality control or quality management, with X years in a leadership role.
▪ Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
▪ Proven track record in implementing effective quality control procedures and process improvements.
▪ Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to the product.
▪ Familiarity with quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and inspire and motivate others.
▪ Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
▪ Experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
