About the Role


1. Manage various procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting, sourcing, and commodity management.

2. Understand business objectives as to generate project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the team.

3. Create quotation and proposal to client based on the client requirement

4. Consolidate/gather the information as per client/project requirement to raise quotation/proposal to client

5. Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant parties, client/vendor/colleagues/management

6. Able to understand exactly what customers want and need from client organisation and sync with internal management structure

7. Able to advising and coordinate between internal teams, vendor and client

8. Engage client to gather requirement and ensure alignment with delivery and project teams

9. Evaluate and provide written and verbal updates on project status

10. Liaise directly with vendor for quotation as per requested

11. Raising record the revenue/cost for each sales

12. Record and prepare vendor payable submission to finance division

13. Record and prepare billing submission to finance division along with cost, revenue and profit

14. Advising finance for client billing once service rendered and ensure vendor invoice in order

15. Follow up client payment collection

Experience & Qualification

1. Previous experience in Sales Administrative or Business Analyst roles, a good understanding of business process and basic finance.

2. Good communicator, both written and oral. A team player who is computer literate with well-developed IT skills.

3. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Sales Administrative or Business Analyst to support role with strong references.

4. Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, ownership and excellent attention to detail.

5. Must be an excellent critical thinker with an ability to facilitate a consultative approach and shared understanding of any problem, work to propose possible solutions, and gain user confidence to manage the project to resolution.

6. Effective listener who can facilitate great working meetings, ask great questions, and drive the project from inception to closure managing all objections along the way.

7. Strong attention to detail and experience in representing complex issues based on comprehensive analysis in a holistic and understandable manner.

8. Experience with complex projects in a large enterprise environment with frequently changing requirements.

9. Must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results.

10. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to succinctly convey information to all business partners and stakeholders.

11. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
