
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our POS systems and software solutions to F&B Malay businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, and SMEs. 
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients and business owners in the Malay community. 
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the market. 
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain key features, and provide solutions tailored to clients' business needs. 
- Achieve sales targets and work towards revenue growth in the Malay market segment. 
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback using CRM software. 
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotions targeting the Malay-speaking audience. 
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 
Requirements
✅ Female Malay candidate preferred (to cater to the Malay market).
✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided!
✅ Passion for sales, marketing, and technology.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malay & English.
✅ Must have own transport (as the role requires travel for client meetings and product presentations).
✅ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
