Job Description
• Manage and grow relationships within the assigned accounts in segment, primarily enterprise focused.
• Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of client buying process.
• Demand generation by assisting clients to identify needs and bring business values through company's services and solutions.
• Effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast accuracy
• Build relationship with clients and display an interest in and knowledge of the client environment.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities by managing and growing revenue and expansion across all solution offerings in the organization.
• Engage and coordinate with partners and or vendors to drive new opportunities.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to the company and the client.
Qualifications/Training :
Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Networking Engineering / Marketing / Business Development.
Experience/Skills
•Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical).
•At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage.
•Track record of consistent quota achievement and must be results driven.
•Good working knowledge with System Solution/lntegrators products and services.
•Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Possess the ability to understand business requirement and able to qualify sales opportunity.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English
