About the Role
Job Description:
- Prepare full set of monthly/yearly management accounts and analysis and ensure records are maintained in accordance with financial reporting standards.
- Prepare tax computation such as tax estimation, annual tax computation and responsible of submission of Income Tax, SST, Withholding Tax and other tax related matters.
- Oversee the account payables and account receivables function.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary on regulatory and financial matters.
- Assist on preparation of annual budget and forecast.
- Implements process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness, as and when required.
- To lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, ACCA/CPA/MICPA or equivalent. Alternatively, partial professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/MICPA or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in related field.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative and passionate to learn and explore new knowledge.
- Proactive, flexible, adaptable, analytical and result oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and computer literate.
- Experience in Auto Count and Oracle Netsuite will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
Remarks:
1. Candidate with Audit experienced are preferred.
2. Prepare and review financial report is the main focus of this role. Hence, candidate shall be someone who enjoy in this task.
3. This is a General Ledger (GL) role. Meaning candidates, no need to involve in hands-on task such as doing payment, proceed AP & AR. Only review.
4. Not necessary must able to read and write in Mandarin, but must able to speak.
