About the Role
Key responsibilities:
• Participate in the large-scale revamp programme - develop and maintain one of the core systems according to company standard and timeline
• Hands-on development in software / application, using C , C#, C++ and MS SQL Server technology for the corresponding component / system
• Work closely with a small team of developers (<5)
• Ensure the product / application is robust, reliable and with high maintainability
• Support production system, design and implement the component, ensure the quality of deliverables, work with different teams on integrations / testing
Key requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in software development, ideally full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 5 years of large scale real time transaction system hands-on development experience using C/C++/C#
• Experience in leading a small development team and working on large-scale projects (10+ developers)
• Technical proficient in MS SQL Server, Powrshell scripting, Git, Jenkins, Solace
• With experience in Design Patterns
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Good in spoken English and happy to work in a multinational team; Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is a plus
