Job Description
Responsible in supervising the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team
Updating and sending completed cost sheet for new product request.
Attending queries from sales managers and CEO regarding cost sheet e.g. product specification, oil price, freight, load of ability, packaging etc.
Coordinating with respective department such as Procurement, R&D, Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, Traders, Corporate office to gather information with regards to sales manager's queries on costing sheet
Review on conversion cost
Reconcile CPO receiving against supplier’s record on monthly, close contracts and create new contract on quarterly basis
Prepare management reports related to gross contribution.
Prepare Annual Budget - Volume & Gross Contribution
Qualifications & Skills
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy and/or Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably candidate specializing in Finance - Cost Accounting and with experience in SAP and/or other ERP software would be an added advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
