Job Overview
The Senior Security and Compliance Officer is a critical role within the organization responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's information security and compliance program. This position requires a high level of expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance to safeguard the organization's sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Plan, Manage and conduct IT audits.
▪ Design audit programs and timelines.
▪ Develop and execute data analysis procedures.
▪ Review applications and IT infrastructure for security risks.
▪ Assist internal team to enhance security.
▪ Review information security policy with IT stakeholders.
▪ Train staffs on IT security, data privacy and compliance policies and procedure.
Requirement
▪ Degree in IT related field.
▪ Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in similar field.
▪ Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management will be an added advantage.
▪ Great awareness of cyber security trends and hacking techniques.
