Job Overview
The Senior System Engineer is a key member of the IT team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's complex computing infrastructure. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration with various stakeholders. The Senior System Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of the company's systems and applications.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Involved in Windows servers Infrastructure planning and design.
▪ Provide critical support to core Microsoft Infrastructure such as AD, DHCP, DNS, Azure AD.
▪ Experienced in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, AlibabaCloud, Azure)
▪ Ensure timely update, maintenance of system documentation including system recovery and DR documentations.
▪ Provide technical support for infrastructure and operations which include change management, problem management, configuration management.
Requirement
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in providing IT infrastructure and application installation and administration in different operating systems/ platforms/ products in Enterprise environment.
▪ Good experience in troubleshooting and incident management and ability to establish root cause investigation.
▪ Experience in technical hardware and software upgrade and apply good understanding of system security and operation risks.
