Job Overview
We are looking for a Software Manager to join our team and lead the technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.
Software Manager is responsible to for driving successful software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and cultivating a productive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
▪ Managing all the activities of the software and hardware development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
▪ Keep up to date with the latest development software.
▪ Hire and train new developers.
▪ Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards.
▪ Ensure proper documentation.
▪ Make decisions that are beneficial to the customer and the company.
▪ Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirement
▪ Possess at least Degree in related field.
▪ Knowledge in computer software and hardware, networking technologies, technical troubleshooting, ticketing system support.
▪ Problem solving, analytical, and hands on trouble shooting skills.
▪ Minimum 5 years of working experience in Software Development.
▪ Ability to lead and train team members.
▪ Independent and focused individual capable of taking challenges under a highly competitive environment.
▪ Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
▪ Excellent written spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
