Job Overview
We are looking for a System Manager to join our team to involves overseeing and managing the overall operation, maintenance, and performance of computer systems and networks within an organization.
System Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation and performance of computer systems and networks. You will oversee IT infrastructure, system administration, security, network management, and backup and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and software applications.
▪ Oversee system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system configuration.
▪ Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network protocols.
▪ Responsible for maintaining system security and protecting against potential threats.
▪ Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime in the event of system failures or disasters.
▪ Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirement
▪ Possess minimum a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
▪ Possess a deep understanding of operating systems (such as Linux, Unix, or Windows), network protocols, server management, virtualization, and storage technologies.
▪ Strong leadership and management skills
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
▪ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
