About the Role

Job Description:

• Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.

• Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot hosting / email.

• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system.

• To check and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly backup being completed according to existing retention policy.

• Provide technical support for level on escalation issues via helpdesk.

• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work rotational shift (Cover 18 hours; Morning, Afternoon, Night subjected to schedule arrange by Superior).

• Familiar with cPanel, Direct Admin, Smartermail.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.

• A highly motivated and innovative team player.

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.

• Ability to work independently and be a team player.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
