We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Responsibilities and Duties
▪ Collaborate with the product development team to understand product requirements and specifications.
▪ Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
▪ Execute functional, performance, and regression tests to validate product functionality.
▪ Identify and report software and hardware defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
▪ Conduct automated testing and utilize testing frameworks to improve test efficiency.
▪ Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
▪ Perform system integration testing and ensure seamless functionality across different components.
▪ Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
▪ Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices.
▪ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain and enhance the test environments.
Requirement
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
▪ X years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role.
▪ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
▪ Proficiency in test case design and test script development.
▪ Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
▪ Familiarity with defect tracking systems and version control tools.
▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts.
▪ Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
▪ Knowledge of hardware testing and familiarity with testing IoT devices is a plus.
